PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE COMPANY
DRAVECKÝ & PARTNER TAX, S.R.O.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”) and pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”)
Dravecký & Partner Tax, s.r.o., Einsteinova 11, 851 01 Bratislava, IČO: 35 865 172 registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Bratislava I, branch: Sro, vol. no. 112252/B as the Controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) hereby informs the visitors of this website about the collection and processing of their personal data. This information is intended in particular for our customers, business partners (both customers and suppliers), as well as their employees responsible for individual areas of communication related to the supply of products and services within the framework of contractual relations.
Privacy Policy
We process your personal data only on the basis of legal conditions, which are specified in the regulation or in the law. As a controller, we are responsible for the protection of your personal data that we have obtained or obtain from you in accordance with the regulation and the law to the extent and in the manner according to the information provided in this statement.
Source of collection of personal data
We collect your personal data primarily directly from you, when you voluntarily provide it to us in connection with an inquiry or request for our services, which you address to us personally, by phone, in writing by post and on the basis of your request.
Relevant personal data may be: identity data (e.g. name/surname, address and other contact details, date and place of birth, as well as nationality), legitimation and authentication data (e.g. commercial register extracts, identity card data, signature pattern), data in the context of our business relationship (e.g. payment data, data on orders), as well as other data comparable to the above categories.
Necessity of providing personal data
We absolutely need your personal data from you, because in case of non-provision of them, a contractual relationship between the supplier and the customer cannot arise, since in accordance with the Law of the NR SR No. 513/1991 Coll. The Commercial Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Commercial Code”), your identification as a party to the contract is one of the essential requirements of the contract. However, if you choose not to provide us with your telephone number or e-mail address, this does not prevent the formation of a contractual relationship, but our communication with each other will not be as effective as if you had provided them to us.
How long is the data stored?
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes. In particular, the legal storage obligations under the relevant legislation are relevant.
Transfer to third countries or to an international organisation
Dravecký & Partner Tax, s.r.o., does not provide your personal data to entities in third countries outside the European Economic Area (European Union, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein), unless this is required for the provision of the service (e.g. transfer of personal data to a cooperating person or company in a third country on the basis of a client's instruction).
Should our company choose service providers in countries such as the USA or countries outside the European Economic Area, we will always check that they ensure the highest possible protection of personal data within the meaning of the relevant legislation, e.g. they have been given an adequacy decision by the European Commission or comply with other guarantees required by the GDPR.
Revocation of consent
In the event that we process your personal data also on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke this consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal. You can revoke the consent given in the same way as the consent was granted.
Protection of privacy on our website
You may voluntarily provide certain information on our website for a specific purpose, e.g. any information you enter when you express your interest in being contacted. Such data may include personal contact information such as name, company name, address, telephone number, email address, job title or demographic information, and any other information you provide. We use this collected data to contact you.
Your other rights in relation to the protection of personal data
You have the right to request, free of charge, information about your personal data that we hold. In addition, in compliance with the legal prerequisites, you have the right to rectification of incorrect personal data, the right to erasure of your personal data, the right to portability of such data, as well as the right to restrict their processing. If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you always have the right to revoke this consent with effect for the future. If you do not consent to the processing of your personal data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the field of personal data protection, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
